Exercise balls are a great to help stretch, find balance and relax.

Slam,balls are perfect for channelling anger and frustration into something positive. Squatting down, lifting the ball overhead and throwing it down, is a quick, intense activity that engages the core and legs. Use that raw, pent up energy and turn it into controlled power!!
